Community Guidelines
Welcome to the Find Partner Community
Find Partner helps climbers connect with potential climbing partners in Geyikbayırı and Antalya. Everyone using the platform is expected to follow these guidelines.
1. Be Respectful
Treat every member with respect. Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, sexual harassment or abusive behaviour are not permitted.
Respect differences in nationality, language, gender, background, climbing level and experience.
2. Be Honest
Use accurate information in your profile and do not impersonate another person.
Be honest about your climbing experience, abilities, preferred grades and availability. Never claim qualifications or experience you do not have.
3. Prioritise Safety
Climbing involves serious risks. Before climbing together:
Discuss experience, expectations and communication methods.
Check each other’s equipment and safety procedures.
Choose routes appropriate for the experience of both partners.
Check weather, access conditions and local regulations.
Agree on an emergency plan.
Tell someone where you are going and when you expect to return.
Find Partner does not verify users’ identities, qualifications, experience or equipment. Each user is responsible for assessing potential partners and making safe decisions.
4. Protect Privacy
Do not publish another person’s private information, photographs or messages without their permission.
Avoid sharing sensitive information such as your home address, identification documents, financial details or passwords.
Use caution before sharing your telephone number or other contact details with someone you have not met.
5. Meet Carefully
When meeting a new partner for the first time:
Consider meeting in a public place.
Inform a trusted person about your plans.
Arrange your own transport where possible.
Do not continue if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Find Partner is not an emergency service.
6. No Spam, Scams or Misleading Activity
The following are not allowed:
Fake profiles or misleading information.
Spam, repeated unwanted messages or unrelated advertising.
Requests for money, suspicious payments or financial scams.
Malware, phishing links or attempts to access another user’s account.
Illegal goods, services or activities.
Content that exploits, threatens or endangers another person.
7. Appropriate Content
Profile photographs and written content must be suitable for a general community platform.
Do not publish violent, sexually explicit, hateful, illegal or intentionally offensive content.
8. Respect Boundaries
If another user asks you to stop contacting them, respect their decision. Do not pressure anyone to meet, climb, share personal information or participate in an activity.
9. Reporting a Problem
If you encounter suspicious, abusive or unsafe behaviour, stop communicating with the user and report the issue to:
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
10. Enforcement
We may review reported activity and take appropriate action, including:
Removing content.
Warning a user.
Restricting or suspending an account.
Permanently deleting an account.
Reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities where required.
Serious violations may result in immediate account removal.
11. Updates
These guidelines may be updated as the community and platform develop. Continued use of Find Partner means users are expected to follow the current version.
